they were used in races and fighting on stilts for sport

Marquesan tiki necklace was hand-carved in oceanic rosewood from Nuku Hiva Island and it displays a range of traditional Marquesan motifs for protection

which is flattened and extended into a "hammer" shape

The stone blade is attached to the oceanic rosewood handle using a natural coconut sennet cordage
