Back in September 2022 we visited Martin Huber in Austria and produced a beautiful GoMai billet, an incredible Apex Ultra core clad in a dense Damascus with a nickel diffusion layer. The steel was enough to produce just two knives or so we thought. We sent the steel to Karol Kary's in Poland and he produced an absolutely beautiful Gyuto and a Bunka.
