The mould pattern comprises of five spheres joined together to look like a molecule. These spheres can be filled with the same or different fillings to create a unique and exciting raviolo. This mould is exceptional due to its second inverse counter mould used to push the fresh pasta sheet into the contours of the primary mould. This speeds up pasta making
