It expands big enough to get your hands inside to stuff your sack but the cinch cord is at the hip, holding your tagline tight so it doesn't get tangled. The grommet at the bottom allows for drainage but also a way to keep your bag from falling off the end of your rope if you toss it. Constructed from durable ultragrid ripstop nylon.
