This particular expression was finished in Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Garvey in Jerez. The use of these bodega sherry butts made from both oak and chestnut wood has layered this whiskey with notes of sticky dried fruits, aromatic spices, dark chocolate and cured meats.
