A typical Pinot Noir, it has a cool elegance. It also shows great aging potential. Low yield, ideal soil conditions and an early harvest are the pillars of the great Sptburgunder. The fermentation on 10% of the stems gives the wine fine phenolic textures. To capture the power, they mature the wine in first and second use barrique barrels. After 18 month in the barrel,
