Black Stoneware Sea Shell Vessel trinket bowl Slight curve to the bottomThis black stoneware seashell motif vase is appx 12" tall and 6" in diameter at its widest point. It's created using thick clay coils. The handles are press molded using actual large sea shells. After forming, I cover the leatherhard surface in porcelain slip then I incise the surface creating lines and patterns which are then filled with oxides and finish with hand applied rich, transparent glazes. It is a perfect size not too big and def not small
