While the artifact-themed Izzet deck predictably comes out on top and the Esper deck at least has a couple of playable mana rocks, it's downright shocking to see that the only good artifact in the Jund and Bant decks is Sol Ring, which has been included in every Commander deck since the start of the series

Raiyuu, Storms Edge If you specifically want to build around samurai as a creature type, Isshin, Two Heavens as One definitely works, though Raiyuu, Storm's Edge is friendlier on the budget
I dont see them getting substantially worse anytime soon, as they count as permanents and can help you cast cards before you should be able to in a game of Magic, as Garfield intended
