It can exile creature cards from any graveyard, and then you can spend six mana to create a copy of them that also has a 6/6 statline, the MTG creature type Dinosaur, and the Trample keyword

Vannifar is a four-mana green and blue 3/4 that allows you to do this for free at the beginning of combat on your turn, or you can put a +1/+1 counter on each colourless creature you control

Its pretty hard to play these cards in Constructed because of their power, so I honestly think the best way to play with them is in other ways
