Charizard's Pokmon Power is good, but it doesn't make sense in a fire deck, where all of your energy will be Fire Energy

The deck wants to tap opponents creatures anyway, so adding an additional benefit (and there are fewer benefits better than drawing cards) charges up its power

Basically, for a flashback card to be playable, the front half either has to be close to on-par for its effect, so the flashback aspect of the card is a bonus / afterthought, or the reward for getting the card in the graveyard is good enough that you don't mind building around a card that's not that great in your hand

These days the matches aren't focused on creature combat in the same way, but whenever we start swinging this is still true

I think this ability would be considerably stronger if you could use it for free whenever Pongo quests
