With multiple opponents, goad allows you to force opponents to fight each other, and that is really just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to goad
I've already covered the fight cards, which will be the primary way we deal with opposing creatures, but we still gotta pack artifact / enchantment / land hate, plus a board wipe or two
I think players coming into this [are] going to see their favorite character, their favorite moments, and coming from a video game background, they know what mana is, you know what equipment is, the mechanics match!
