With that said, the ability to tutor virtually any creature out of your deck every turn for the entire game starting on turn four, at instant speed, is just plain nuts

Cancel is usually not a card that always makes the cut, and this probably doesn't quite get there either -- although adding Loot to the mix is definitely better
