Its a slightly unexpected tonal disconnect given the urban drama the expansion is selling (though there is plenty of that kind of art too), and it stands out compared to some of the more tonally consistent recent sets

shuffle it into the Deck, then if you shuffled it into your Deck, destroy that monster, or if you shuffled it into your opponent's Deck, negate that activated effect

This will likely be the most expensive card in the set for some time and, though there are other equally strong strategies available these days, its an incredibly solid card to have for tournament play
