The Emperor of Palamecia - Funnily, Im higher on this because of its floor of being a 2/2 for 2 thats virtually a mana elf for non-creatures and becoming a very strong threat once flipped, if it can consistently hit for 3+ damage (on top of being a 6/6.) The counter ability cant be cheated with cards like Force of Will but thats fine
