This is a big one that separates Arena from MTG Online and MTGA from IRL play which do offer trades

Also, because it says sacrifice instead of destroy, it can combo with some really fun stuff in Commander - such as when paired with Tergrid, God of Fright, who will then give you control of all of the other sacrificed creatures
