Esper Sentinel's power grows as its stats grow, something that Human decks can accomplish quite easily

It's also just strong for the attacking and blocking with the reach of your dork

Indestructible means there are just a handful of ways to stop Thassa decks from outvaluing your opponents once it's resolved

If for some reason youre looking to add in some different cards, you technically only need 2 Frightfur Tiger (though I always feel a lot safer when I have 3 in the Extra Deck) and you dont really need Frightfur Leo at all (Im yet to even use it myself)
