Hope Estheim I havent stopped thinking of Hope Estheim since I saw it spoiled

I assume a popular character like Cloud is going to be on more than just this card in the same way Frodo or Galadriel were in the Lord of the Rings set I know you cant get into main set spoilers here, but is there anything about designing around these characters for a commander-only product that you enjoy getting to do differently from a product that has to be in Standard

The question is how consistently can you have both of those pieces in play and this in hand ready to go
