1980’s TOKIO KUMAGAI BELT WATCH seiko That's why you can seeReleased during the 1980s, This watch was designed by Tokio Kumagai and features a Seiko movement. The design is based on a stainless steel belt with the watch integrated into the belt loop. Does not run. Looks like the circuit board shorted out, so it will need a replacement part before it can run again. Various scratches on the stainless steel belt from years of wear, see photos for condition before buying. Case size is 27mm excluding the crown.
