La Vinya del Boter 2021 La Furtiva That rhythm lets the fruitLa Vinya del Boter means the Cooper's Vineyard, and it is the ros in the Amor Per La Terra range. The project came out of a friendship between a restaurateur, a winemaker and a wine agent, all three drawn to growers who farm with care. Fruit comes from low intervention vineyards in Catalunya, where old vines and a great deal of sun give a ros with more to it than the category usually manages.
