Crafted by artisan Kazuhiro Kojima, it is shaped by hand and finished with the Nanasai Tenmoku glazing technique, where layered minerals create the pink sakura canopy and intricate branching structure across a soft ground. Subtle, intentional asymmetries in rim and glaze reflect a wabi sabi sensibility and distinguish it from factory made plates.
